When you Fall get back up and keep going

I ran to catch a train today and fell on my butt. It was so embarrassing. It was one of those falls where everyone around came to my aid to help me back on my feet. I am just happy I was not wearing heels then it would have been a real embarrassment. lol.

The sun is shining for sunglasses but the weather is biting cold. I have been wearing a lot of bulky sweaters, hats and fleece under-layering. I am a Jamaican girl who is trying very hard to get use to winter weather. Are you a warm weather baby trying to get use to winter weather? And for all the winter people, how do you do it?

Ask For What You Want

Today I realized that I am wearing my new pair of boots for the first time and forgot that it was part of my Christmas wish list.  Sometimes you can get what you ask for so, always ask for what you want. Put it out there you never know until you ask. Vince Camuto Boots they are ok on comfort and they run a little snug. I am wearing a 9M. I could not wear my thick socks with them. They are very cute and excellent on quality I was very happy to received them. You can find it: HERE

Last Day Of The Year, Shine Bright Like A Diamond

It is the last day of the year! and I am preparing to Shine Bright like a Diamond. Today is the day when most people reflect about the end of the year and evaluate if they have accomplished everything they wanted for 2012.  I am a big goals list person and I always have all types of goals that I set for myself, my personal style blog being one of them. I have accomplished 80% of my goals for 2012. I want to share a tip which most probably already knows. Everything you want to accomplish for the year 2013 is to write what you want down on paper and look at it often to remind yourself. If this is not something that you’re not already doing you will be amaze by the activity. It has been two months and six days since I enter the fashion blogging world and it has been a ton of fun and very rewarding. I have connected with some awesome, fabulous and inspiring bloggers. I have viewed some gorgeous look books from top of the line to simple everyday styles. I am looking forward to see what 2013 will bring. Loving the line from Rihanna's number one song let's all prepare for 2013 to Shine Bright Like A Diamond. My Cute Hat and Scarf Set that I got for Christmas. I wore it today and received lots of complements. This set is very comfy and super warm due to the fleece lining inside the hat. Happy Holidays

Someone got on my case today about me and my frequent love for wearing black. Every one have their favorite colors that will always be a staple for them. The color black is mine. I am wearing one of my many cute little black dress (old) which I also owe in a rust color. One of my favorite boots (old) and my beautiful necklace that was a gift from a friend from Puerto Rico.  Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. I hope everyone have a wonderful time with family and friends and special greetings to all the volunteers who uses some of their time to help others who are less fortunate. Christmas Dress

Red is not really my color and I am still learning to appreciate  bold colors and prints. This time of the year it's very fitting for bold colors such as this dress.
