For a quit boost of energy try doing something silly like jumping in the air while trying to pose for a picture or yell something out loud over and over make sure you do this when your by yourself if anyone's around they might find it odd. You can try going for a run or do some kick boxing. Do anything that will get your adrenaline going you'll be amaze on how you'll feel afterward. This is what happen to me when I was in a funky mood.
